Company or personal checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter from the payor's bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Mountain Auctioneers, Inc. (See below) All bills must be paid in full prior to any items being removed no later than 12 noon the following day. Upon winning the bid, ownership transfers. At that time it is your responsibility to attend to your purchases. Next day removal. No allowances or adjustments will be made for loss!
