Terms and Conditions
Inspection: 1 hour prior to sale only. Assets will first be offered for sale in bulk, and then individually. Whichever way realizes more, will be the way it is sold. A 25% deposit on all lots purchased is required at the time of sale in cash or certified check. Company checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter from the payor's bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Mountain Auctioneers (See below). Removal of all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. No goods will be delivered to the purchaser until the entire sale is completed and the invoice is paid in FULL. Any merchandise not removed by the announced date will be considered abandoned with the Purchaser in default and deposits retained as liquidated damages. Upon winning the bid, it is your responsibility to attend to your purchases. Same and next day removal. No allowances or adjustments will be made for loss. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyers lots with buyer forfeiting their deposit if full payment is not made by the announced time. 15% buyer’s premium. The auctioneer has the right to refuse or reject any bid. Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. The auctioneer is not responsible for discrepancies in description or nomenclature and assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listing. WIRE TRANSFER IN ADVANCE: Wires must be received by 4:00 pm on the day before the auction. all terms and conditions and other announcements made the day of the auction are binding and take precedence over any information found herein.
